| Resumen |
Esta es la historia de una importante organización de combate que se forma en medio de un cambio trascendental en los acontecimientos mundiales. A lo largo de la obra se intenta ubicar el Comando Aéreo Estratégico (SAC) en el contexto de lo que entonces era una nueva dinámica global, más tarde denominada Guerra Fría, mostrando cómo enfrentó los desafíos en constante evolución de su época. Bomber explora los factores que llevaron al establecimiento del Comando Aéreo Estratégico, los desafíos que enfrentó en su formación y primera década de existencia, y las lecciones que podemos derivar de esa experiencia. Cubre el período comprendido entre la Segunda Guerra Mundial, los inicios de la Guerra Fría y la Guerra de Corea. |
